Returns

We understand that it can sometimes be difficult to choose the size of a product online. That's why we offer FIRST EXCHANGE AT OUR COST (round trip) on all orders of $199.00 or more, as well as on all boot and shoe orders.

If you are not satisfied with the products ordered after you have received them, for whatever reason (e.g. if the color or size does not suit you), and you wish to return the products and obtain a refund or replacement, you have 30 days from the date of delivery of your products to do so. Optime(TM) 105 headband earmuffs feature optimized mass and volume, with a unique "double-wall" shell design (two shells connected by the inner foam layer) for improved noise reduction across the full range of low and high frequencies. The durable stainless steel headband resists bending and distortion, and distributes weight to reduce fitting pressure. The lightweight headband works in concert with the shell articulation points, which adjust to maximize user comfort.
