DELIVERY TIME: We ship your order Monday to Friday. In general, we will ship your order within 24 to 72 business hours. However, there may be a delay of a few days between receipt of your order and shipment, depending on the volume of orders received and the availability of our products.

If we anticipate an unusual delay in shipping your order, an estimated shipping date will be emailed to you.

Returns

We understand that it can sometimes be difficult to choose the size of a product online. That's why we offer FIRST EXCHANGE AT OUR COST (round trip) on all orders of $199.00 or more, as well as on all boot and shoe orders.

If you are not satisfied with the products ordered after you have received them, for whatever reason (e.g. if the color or size does not suit you), and you wish to return the products and obtain a refund or replacement, you have 30 days from the date of delivery of your products to do so. This exceptionally sturdy work boot, which is just as comfortable on a ranch as it is on an industrial construction site, offers optimal comfort, waterproof protection, and a square toe reminiscent of a cowboy boot. In addition to featuring a premium Timberland® waterproof leather upper, an abrasion-resistant Ever-Guard™ leather forefoot, and an internal waterproof membrane that provides maximum protection against water and resistance to blood-borne pathogens, it features a slip-resistant, all-season TPU outsole for sure footing in all weather conditions and a composite safety toe cap for added protection. It also incorporates an anti-fatigue technology footbed that provides shock absorption and energy return, ExoSpine™ technology that provides increased strength and durable structure thanks to its lightweight TPU construction, improved heel positioning for long-lasting comfort, and an abrasion-resistant heel counter that makes it easy to remove. Finally, the breathable lining, which wicks away moisture and features an odor-control treatment, is made from ReBOTL™ fabric containing at least 50% recycled plastic.
