Returns

We understand that it can sometimes be difficult to choose the size of a product online. That's why we offer FIRST EXCHANGE AT OUR COST (round trip) on all orders of $199.00 or more, as well as on all boot and shoe orders.

If you are not satisfied with the products ordered after you have received them, for whatever reason (e.g. if the color or size does not suit you), and you wish to return the products and obtain a refund or replacement, you have 30 days from the date of delivery of your products to do so. Certain conditions apply.

These winter boots are named "Siberian" for a good reason.
Ready to keep you warm, they feature 600 grams of insulation for cold-weather comfort and heat retention. The aerogel-infused OrthoLite O-Therm insole creates a thermal barrier underfoot, helping to block out the cold and regulate temperature.
They are certified for temperatures down to -40°C / -40°F and feature oil-resistant, slip-resistant TPU outsoles suitable for all weather conditions, with deep lugs for improved grip in mud and snow.
There's also a breathable, moisture-wicking flannel lining, non-metallic arch support for structural support, and cemented construction for flexibility and durability.
