DELIVERY TIME: We ship your order Monday to Friday. In general, we will ship your order within 24 to 72 business hours. However, there may be a delay of a few days between receipt of your order and shipment, depending on the volume of orders received and the availability of our products.

If we anticipate an unusual delay in shipping your order, an estimated shipping date will be emailed to you.

Returns

We understand that it can sometimes be difficult to choose the size of a product online. That's why we offer FIRST EXCHANGE AT OUR COST (round trip) on all orders of $199.00 or more, as well as on all boot and shoe orders.

If you are not satisfied with the products ordered after you have received them, for whatever reason (e.g. if the color or size does not suit you), and you wish to return the products and obtain a refund or replacement, you have 30 days from the date of delivery of your products to do so. Rugged winter mittens designed for linemen

These winter mittens are made with thick horsehide leather reinforced at the palm and thumb to increase durability, especially in critical high-wear areas. Their Thinsulate™ lining keeps hands warm down to temperatures of -20°C / -4°F, and a Waterstop™ treatment repels water and oil. The single-finger design enhances dexterity, and silver stripes with hi-viz overlays on the cuffs offer improved visibility. These tough winter mittens are also designed to offer excellent puncture protection.
