DELIVERY TIME: We ship your order Monday to Friday. In general, we will ship your order within 24 to 72 business hours. However, there may be a delay of a few days between receipt of your order and shipment, depending on the volume of orders received and the availability of our products.

If we anticipate an unusual delay in shipping your order, an estimated shipping date will be emailed to you.

Returns

We understand that it can sometimes be difficult to choose the size of a product online. That's why we offer FIRST EXCHANGE AT OUR COST (round trip) on all orders of $199.00 or more, as well as on all boot and shoe orders.

If you are not satisfied with the products ordered after you have received them, for whatever reason (e.g. if the color or size does not suit you), and you wish to return the products and obtain a refund or replacement, you have 30 days from the date of delivery of your products to do so. Certain conditions apply.

That's where the Terraᵐᵈ Stormbreaker comes in, with its eight-layer TERRASPHERE+ᵐᶜ lining, designed with Primaloftᵐᶜ and Thermoliteᵐᶜ insulation, as well as a heat-releasing Mylar film. Rated for comfort and tested to a staggering -60°C/-76°F, it's designed for comfort and warmth in places few dare to venture. The high-grip rubber outsole stays flexible in extreme cold, while the micro-diamond texture and sawtooth lug pattern dig into frozen ground. The CSA Class 1-rated composite toe cap and composite plate, as well as electrical shock resistance (ESR), ensure your safety at work.
