DELIVERY TIME: We ship Monday to Friday. In general, we will ship your order within 24 to 48 business hours. However, there may be a delay of a few days between receipt of your order and shipment, depending on the volume of orders received and the availability of our products.

If we anticipate an unusual delay in shipping your order, an estimated shipping date will be emailed to you.

CARRIERS: We primarily use the services of PUROLATOR, GLS and CANADA POST. If you prefer to use a specific carrier, please contact us when placing your order.

IMPORTANT: A signature is required at the time of delivery to prevent theft. If you prefer delivery without a signature, please contact us when placing your order.

Returns

We understand that it can sometimes be difficult to choose the size of a product online. That's why we offer FIRST EXCHANGE AT OUR COST (round trip) on all orders of $199.00 or more, as well as on all boot and shoe orders.

If you are not satisfied with the products ordered after you have received them, for whatever reason (e.g. if the color or size does not suit you), and you wish to return the products and obtain a refund or replacement, you have 30 days from the date of delivery of your products to do so. Certain conditions apply.

NEXGRIP anti-slip technology

NEXGRIP is a Montreal-based Quebec company that has brought to market a system of heel crampons combined with anti-slip technology in the forefoot, for winter boots with crampons to better cope with winter here. This combination of technologies is a unique patented concept exclusive to NEXGRIP boots!

This system was created to offer the best boots to cope with freezing rain, snow accumulation and the changing temperatures of our Quebec winters.

Our NEXGRIP winter studded boots feature a heel stud designed to adapt easily to the changing temperatures of the cold season.

Easy-to-use studded boots

It's easy to open and close the studs on NEXGRIP boots. You only need one finger! And because we've thought of everything, rocks and debris won't enter the space between the folding crampons, preventing them from closing again.

Non-slip front sole

The front of the sole has been improved with the addition of non-slip rubber to provide better grip on slippery surfaces.

It has also been designed as a winter tire, with large grooves to prevent snow from sticking to the tread and reducing grip.
