DELIVERY TIME: We ship your order Monday to Friday. In general, we will ship your order within 24 to 72 business hours. However, there may be a delay of a few days between receipt of your order and shipment, depending on the volume of orders received and the availability of our products.

If we anticipate an unusual delay in shipping your order, an estimated shipping date will be emailed to you.

Returns

We understand that it can sometimes be difficult to choose the size of a product online. That's why we offer FIRST EXCHANGE AT OUR COST (round trip) on all orders of $199.00 or more, as well as on all boot and shoe orders.

If you are not satisfied with the products ordered after you have received them, for whatever reason (e.g. if the color or size does not suit you), and you wish to return the products and obtain a refund or replacement, you have 30 days from the date of delivery of your products to do so. Kasota 8-inch Waterproof and Insulated Boots with BOA®

Sturdy and designed for demanding work conditions, the Kasota 8-inch is a waterproof, insulated leather work boot that incorporates technologies focused on comfort, protection, and durability.

The BOA® adjustment system allows for quick and precise adjustment using a dial. Its direct-injection construction makes for a lightweight, flexible boot while ensuring a watertight seal. The UltraDry™ membrane keeps feet dry, whilethe 400 g insulation provides enhanced protection against the cold.

The composite safety toe cap is reinforced with an abrasion-resistant material. The boot is CSA-certified and meets ASTM standards for puncture resistance and protection against electrical hazards.

enerG – A high-energy-return material strategically placed to provide better cushioning and return energy with every step.
