Returns

We understand that it can sometimes be difficult to choose the size of a product online. That's why we offer FIRST EXCHANGE AT OUR COST (round trip) on all orders of $199.00 or more, as well as on all boot and shoe orders.

If you are not satisfied with the products ordered after you have received them, for whatever reason (e.g. if the color or size does not suit you), and you wish to return the products and obtain a refund or replacement, you have 30 days from the date of delivery of your products to do so. This tough Boondock is built to take on the toughest working environments. It features an external metatarsal guard incorporating anti-fatigue and Timberland PRO Flex technologies for comfort, ease of movement and protection. It also features premium full-grain waterproof leather to keep feet dry in wet conditions. Its lightweight all-season TPU outsole resists abrasion and offers protection against electrical hazards. What's more, ExoSpine™ technology provides a stable, durable structure and improved heel positioning, while the external heel cup ensures lateral stability, and the breathable, moisture-wicking lining helps control odors with antimicrobial treatment.
