Returns

We understand that it can sometimes be difficult to choose the size of a product online. That's why we offer FIRST EXCHANGE AT OUR COST (round trip) on all orders of $199.00 or more, as well as on all boot and shoe orders.

If you are not satisfied with the products ordered after you have received them, for whatever reason (e.g. if the color or size does not suit you), and you wish to return the products and obtain a refund or replacement, you have 30 days from the date of delivery of your products to do so. The type of anchor you need depends on the type of work you're doing. Anchors are sold according to the device to which it will be connected (general/all-purpose, steel, concrete, roofing, mining or specialized use), and according to whether their use is fixed or mobile, permanent or portable. These products must all provide a secure attachment point for a complete personal fall arrest system, and must be capable of withstanding a 22 kN (5,000 lb) load, or meet OSHA's 2:1 safety factor criterion.
